Great place to stay, close to beach, local town, resturants and train station. Loved our time hear, the sunsets are amazing. The garden is beautiful and secluded with a bbq. House is also beautiful with a lovely woodburner and the bed was comfortable. The cake, tea and coffee was a lovely touch. We will be booking again if we're in the area again.

lovely welcome enough for a cup of tea and a piece of bara brith. the garden was stunning no need to leave the cottage i could of sat in the garden all week but we filled the week with places to go which could of been done with or without an anorak
Emma
Fantastic holiday staying in Taicroesion. We walked easily into Barmouth most days, along the beach. The homemade Bara Brith was actually to die for. We tried others during our trip but nothing compared to the homemade one left for us in the cottage. The cottage and gardens were amazing. Traditional farmhouse with all mod cons with some many characteristics features. The garden had some many nooks and crannies to it, it's was exciting to explore it. The house was exceptionally clean. All the rooms were a good size too. The beach across the road was great for dog walks and also went swimming. Lovely sandy beach when tide is out. Lovely to meet Gareth, the owner. Such a lovely man. Highly recommend this property.
L

it was one of the most wonderful cottages my husband and i have ever stayed in. it was like going back in time but with everything you would ever need for a modern stay large tv modern instant heating witch we dident need cos the lovely big log burner was more than enough. the garden was amazing our little dog loved it and the most safest dog garden we have ever seen. glass wine watching the sunset over the sea will stay with me for ever. My husband is Welsh and stated it was the best Bara Brith [ Welsh Cake ] he has ever eaten.
