Is Briallen Right For Your Group

Discover why this cottage is the one for your party or family reunion...

For Families
Briallen is designed specifically for couples rather than families. The studio layout has one double bed with no additional sleeping space. The remote hill farm location offers wildlife watching and outdoor exploration. Children who enjoy nature and hiking might appreciate the mountain setting. However, the wood-fired hot tub requires supervision and the open-plan design lacks separate sleeping areas for families.
Pet Friendly
One dog is welcome at Briallen with a secure fenced area for safe roaming. The 850-acre hill farm provides endless walking opportunities straight from your door. Guests report their dogs loved the freedom and meeting resident animals including Dotty the pony and Mrs Lloyd the cat. Mountain trails and forest paths surround the property. The ground-floor layout makes access easy for older dogs.

Samantha
We spent 4 nights for my husbands 50th birthday and were not disappointed
Michael
The pod was in a beautiful location and extremely well furnished. We had all the facilities we needed and loved how the pods had been located separately from one another to give an element of privacy. No complaints at all. Really loved the place.
Alison
Absolutely loved my stay. I was travelling solo with my dog and felt completely safe and comfortable. The views are stunning, so tranquil and quiet. My dog was in her element in the garden. The cabin was well presented and the bed was comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring Snowdonia and the coast. Would love to go back!
Damian
Really enjoyed our stay, the pod was great and had everything we needed. Great location although the road leading to the pod is a bit precarious in places.
Found that this set up, was ideal for us as We have to take our Older Dog with us, unfortunately She hates Car travel, and shakes like a leaf, and it now takes us to lift Her in as She doesnt go willingly! It is quite a steep and narrow road up to Briallen which My Wife hated, but just got Her to close Her eyes and it was fine! The Gas ran out one evening, but rang Gethin the owner Farmer and He sorted it Promptly, a Great stay in a beautiful area, the cabin having everything We needed, Well recommended.
We really enjoyed our stay here, the pod had everything we needed and was lovely and clean the only down side was how long the hot tub took to heat up and we ran out of logs so didnt end up using the hot tub at all on the second day, which was annoying as the hot tub was one of the main reasons we booked this pod, overall was a good stay.
Ashleigh
We had a beautiful week away, the pod had everything we needed with a lovely welcome package. All the information about the appliances and surrounding area were there. The location was stunning and serene. Truly enjoyed every moment, thank you for a fabulous stay!
Gregory
Lovely little pod, warm with great shower and kitchen facilities. Private and secure for the dog. I'll be selling the tent!
Christine
What a wonderful 4 nights away to celebrate a 40th birthday. The accommodation was just beautiful, clean and very cosy, set in a quiet , private and tranquil setting. I would highly recommend.
We had a lovely few days in this cosy little hut, which had everything we needed in a gorgeous location close to the trails and beaches. Its amazing how much was packed into a small space. Thank you for the welcome pack too, much appreciated!
Property was nice more for younger people I think the decking outside property I think is a bit dangerous I could distinguish the two pieces of decking couple of times I fell down .
Very nice pod with a beautiful view and a lot of privacy. Hottub and fire pit are also great.
Beautiful, clean pod. Set in its own grounds, in a peaceful, romantic spot. Owners are really accommodating and came to sort out an issue with the electrics really quickly. Lovely welcome gift on arrival! Thank you!
We had a wonderful few days! The pod is in a stunning location, surrounded by gorgeous greenery and it was so peaceful. The pod has everything you need all your basic kitchen bits, a sofa, a VERY a comfy bed and a table and chairs to sit outside in the sunshine. Our dog also loved it its so helpful that the pod has an enclosed garden, so he could get rid of the morning zoomies safely! He was very intrigued by the next door sheep as well. I could not recommend it enough! Genuinely the best glamping experience we have had.
Absolutely magical. So peaceful and secluded. The pod was so well equipped we wanted for nothing. The perfect romantic getaway. Would highly recommend.
I think there could be better directions given for access to the site. Warnings should be given about the access road... steep incline, blind corners. I like to cook my own meals, there's no freezer compartment in the fridge.... nowhere to store food, nowhere to store clothes. Altogether a disappointing experience, only stayed 3 days instead of the week.
Beautiful , peaceful place to stay . clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone , the only downside is so phone signal which suited us anyway .
Graham
Amazing tranquil hideaway. Perfect in every way and we will definitely book again and recommend it . Loved everything about it.
The most stunning place I have ever been. The pod had everything we needed. My mum had a lovely relaxing time. Would
We had a fantastic stay. Everything was as it should have been. The views and isolation were incredible. Very clean and everything you would need to cook a meal plus there were actual instructions for the combination microwave oven bonus. For us, the downside was the bed and this just applies to us being of a elder persuasion we struggled to get in and out but was very comfortable and we should have realised from the pictures on the Web site. The sette could have been a bit more comfortable. Another bonus a couple of reviews say no wardrobe for clothes but the owners have found a brilliant way around this with a stand that has hangers pop out to hang clothes. Fire pit was good to sit by and pounder. Never used hot tub, so cannot comment on it. The walk to the car with belongings is not to far and there is no rush. Various animals to view made friends with the horse. All in all a very good break with no intrusion from the owners would highly recommend and cannot state how relaxing being there is.
Beautiful location, clean and very comfortable, plenty of kitchen utensils etc, lovely bathroom. Decking is perfect for looking at the stars as there is no light pollution, and good for breakfast outside while listening to bird song and the mountain stream in the distance. Perfect fenced off area for the dog, who thoroughly enjoyed the freedom and was fascinated by Mrs Lloyd the cat and Dotty the pony. Area for wild flowers
Beautiful, secluded, perfect base for walks. Allthe facilities we required, owners were lovely and very helpful. Our little Border Terrier loved it, and it was great that yhe area around the pod was fenced off so that he couldn't do a great escape. We will he back x.
Cosy private pod, well furnished to a very good standard striking a balance between comfort and function. Very well looked after with surrounding garden area well kept footpath and parking area. Hot tub was great, and a welcome way to relax after a walk in the mountains.
We stayed here in Jan 25 for 7 nights, absolutely amazing Claire was so helpful, we had a leak on the hot tub which was sorted straightaway, hot tub was lovely, was very cold so as expected it did take longer to get the hot tub hot, but so worth the wait! We took a little Dachshund, she loved all the new smells, the pod is fenced in which made to easier to relax with her, only thing I would be mindful of if you have a small dog is there is a gate at the top and bottom which she could get through but she only attempted once so wasnt an issue for us, she loved it! We would definitely go back
Amazing getaway! Beautiful scenery and great facilities. Only negative is that the lower feed for the hot tub was blocked so despite two attempts we couldnt get the hot tub warm.
I booked this for my husbands birthday as a gift and to say he completely loved it is an understatement, we were also able to take our dog with us and I can guarantee he enjoyed himself too and as for myself I don't usually do back to nature but I can honestly say I did not want to leave. The most beautiful place we have ever stayed so relaxing and quiet and the hot tub oh wow 5 star
The pod was as described. We was staying a week so storage was awkward but we survived. Hob was a challenge but instructions to hand and sorted. Hot tub was amazing. We have a springer who loved the freedom of the secure garden. Will defo be back. Thank you Clare.
What an amazing! !! Get away! Well set up, everything is ready set up to go.. and amazing location for relaxing
Good location. Clean and tidy property. Really enjoyed our stay.
