Good had to buy batteries for tv remote could not find how to use hob switch hidden behind kitchen towel stand
A nice property in a convenient situation. Plenty of good places to eat quite close by.
Excellent location good facilitys just could have done with some more towels and toilet paper
Sapphire Suite is a fantastic location right in the centre of Barmouth and convenient for all the amenities cafes, bars, shops and local walks. We found it to be clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains enabled a good nights sleep or was it just the fresh air after all the beautiful walks from Barmouth?!? It was a great base to stay in Barmouth, one of my favourite of all seaside places with many happy memories of family holidays from years gone by. A wonderful way to celebrate my 70th birthday. Thank you. We hope to return and will recommend to family and friends.
Our second stay at the property. Perfect location right in the center, with sea view. Lovely welcome pack with essentials and a bottle of fizz! Kitchen had every essential required, even washing liquid & tea towel. The bed is huge and very comfy with crisp clean bedding Please note no hairdryer but that was my fault not reading what was included. The doors to all rooms and entrance are very heavy and bang shut but again that is noted in the booking form. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place. We have stayed in the middle and bottom apartments over the past years.
We did feel that there were a few things that could be easily sorted which I have listed below there is no decent knife wouldn' even cut bread the scissors need replacing it was a struggle to cut paper wrappings It would be useful to have instructions for oven and hob the shower is really good but the shower head will not angle down enough and because there is a gap under the shower door a significant amount of water runs under the door onto the bathroom floor. however these were only little niggles and we thought it was a brilliant apartment, ideally placed for enjoying Barmouth and exploring mid Wales,

Cracking apartment right in the centre of town, flat was clean and tidy keys were easily accessible. The parking pass was g8 but 1 small grumble other cars parking longer on the 1hr designated spots had to park on double yellow to unpack this needs to be addressed by the council no consideration for others.Would definitely stop again
A lovely apartment in a good position
Christine
A comfortable ground floor apartment which was in a great position and close to all amenities. The parking permit provided was very useful. One minor issue, I couldnt find a hair dryer. I would have taken my own if Id known there wasnt one provided. Little gifts of wine, biscuits, coffee and teabags much appreciated. Thank you.
Lovely flat, excellent location in the centre of barmouth, easy key collection and shortterm parking in front for unloading. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
A comfortable apartment with everything you need to make your stay a good one. ...the position of the property was excellent for making the most of the facilities in Barmouth. The parking permit was a lovely, thoughtful touch....would recommend the apartment to any couple looking to stay in Barmouth.

The suite was clean enough on the surface but it could do with a deep clean. there were bits of cellophane left in the fridge door compartments , the waste paper basket in the bedroom in particular had engrained dust and hair on the inside and if you look closely in corners and on the windowsills they are obviously not attended to on a regular basis. A piece of glass was picked up off the lounge carpet near the dining table presumably from a glass broken back in February according to the comments book. We still had a very nice week and the landlord was extremely quick to replace a light bulb in the hall that wasn't working when we arrived.

Wonderful flat very comfortable, unfortunately, upon arrival we noticed that the sink unit door was hanging off the hinge. A draw front on one on the draws on cabinet in bedroom was not secure and came off when opened. All blinds need matenance. Door stop in hallway broken. Just a little TLC would make this place remarkable. The Christmas tree and welcome drink was a really nice thank you. Will definitely stay again. Sorry to moan
Nice little apartment
Just needed a bit of love to make it stunning again, like the blinds being fixed and a better mattress topper. Also, can the door closers to the building and flats above be adjusted as whenever anyone comes in or out, the whole building shakes!
Michael
Very comfortable apartment. Everything provided. Lovely stay, will definitely use again.
Perfect location, perfectly comfortable and we had a lovely stay. Was disappointed that the saucepans mentioned in previous reviews hadnt been replaced and were unusable. This was inconvenient in a self catering apartment and we had to improvise. Apart from the above, it is a lovely place to stay.
All the saucepans were unusable as they were rusty and flaking, fortunately we managed without having to cook, also we were surprised that an all group of girls were booked into the Rose Suite as they were a bit rowdy and they took the front door key when they left.
Your property reaches a high standard, this is the second time we have visited the property, its modern well equipped and clean and comfortable. Is an ideal location for a town centre and beach resort. Perfect thank you
Clean, comfortable, brilliant location, everything provided that we needed. Only difficulty was understanding the microwave perhaps some written instructions. They are all so different! Well definitely return.
One of the best properties we have stopped in . Great location,. Everything you could want.
Location in the town and sea front and views. Amenities on hand, Restaurants, shops, plentiful, as well as ideal walking with mountains and hills in a beautiful , ideal for sightseeing Everything you need for a perfect stay, accommodation was first class, clean modern comfortable, well equipped, every attention to detail was covered, I highly recommend, I will definitely be returning.
The apartment was in a lovely position, very close to the sea, and shops. It was also well fitted out, and comfortable. The only downside was that it could be a bit noisy at times, but we soon got used to that. We loved Barmouth itself, and I told my Husband I would like to live there. Heres hoping! The Dancys!
Very good apartment great location ideal For ever Y thing
