Mor Mynydd Reviews

Deb
Lovely cottage in a fantastic quiet location. Great open plan family space. Easy to walk to the beach in 20 mins, and also go up into the hills for a hike. The garden is a lovely space to sit and enjoy the sea view and sunset. Barmouth was a nice town with great beach, parkrun and walks. However, the lack of drop curb on the driveway is really annoying.
Suzanne
We loved this property as a party of 4 adults and a 3 year old. Spacious, clean, airy, relaxing. Great outdoor space with amazing views. Plenty of parking for two cars. Quiet location , good views all round. Walkable into town/ beach but we drove when we needed to take beach equipment. Lovely beach and beautiful surrounding countryside. Good value I would definitely recommend.
Susan
Nice property but at the top of an exceptionally steep hill so a car was always necessary unless you are very fit! On a nice clear day there were great views from seating area at top of the garden. Nice interior overall, good kitchen with nice view. TV with lots of channels in a spacious lounge. If youâ??re of a smaller stature the property is good but weâ??re quite tall and medium build so the beds and en suit /wet room weâ??re very small for us. The steps in lounge should be clearer as black makes it difficult to negotiate sometimes.
Denise
Maybe a few more things like salt pepper etc - but all in all very good. Kids loved the toys provided and books
Sarah
Absolutely stunning holiday, amazing property , especially for an autistic child. The nook was a brilliant idea. Hope to re visit in the summer.
Shaun
Very nice place
Richard
This is an absolutely super location from which a family can explore Barmouth the coasts beaches and, of course, the fabulous Eryri National Park. We commend it.
Tracey
Very nice week stay with the family. Clean tidy and spacious. Equiped with everything you might need. Steep 20 mins walk down to barmouth centre but as a local said cardiac hill is a struggle back up! A lovely treat to have horses in the field behind the bungalow, they were very grateful for the apples my grandson fed them every day. George 3rd is a nice place to eat, just over the toll bridge . We had a nice walk across the rail bridge with stunning views. I personally thought the fairbourne steamtrain was expensive especially for a return journey. The ferry across to fairbourne was fun, cash only so be prepared. Overall a great stay, thank you
Andy
We enjoyed our stay. The children enjoyed the den and the toys and puzzles provided, The house was warm and well equipped. The property is located on a residential street at the top of a steep hill. The location has good views but is not ideal for access to the town or beach unless you use a car. The garage was useful for storing our bicycles safely. The property is a bungalow but not suitable for wheelchair users of those will limited mobility because of the steps to the front door and within the living room, without handrails.
David
This is a lovely location with much to recommend it but there were two issues. The first is that although there is off road parking there is no lowered kerb. Secondly there is a shortage of hanging space in bathroom. Otherwise I could highly rate the property; especially for its location.
