Ffermdy Farmhouse Reviews

Helena
We really enjoyed our time in Ffermdy. Nice location for the beach and town.
Michele
We had the most wonderful time in the Farmhouse. The cottage was much bigger than I thought it would be. The views to the sea at sunset were spectacular. We were in an ideal location with just a 10 min stroll to the most beautiful beach. The cottage was very clean and had all we needed. The underfloor heating was a bonus. Great holiday accommodation, including our two little Jackapoos.
Linda
What a lovely cottage!! Everything you could possibly wish for in a cosy, homely cottage given a great seaside vibe with the tasteful decorations. The garden is very private and secluded, perfect for the dog, neighbours either side but so peaceful you don't notice them. Thank you for the milk, and the beautiful red roses in a vase. We always have fresh flowers at home so this special touch was much appreciated. We had a fabulous holiday exploring this part of Cornwall, so much to see and do without travelling very far. It was lovely to meet Ivan's Mum and her dog Isabella, we had a lovely chat!! Linda, Neil and Ringo the dog xxx
Trish
What a wonderful stay we had at this beautiful cottage. Great support network for a couple of things (outside of the owners fault). Will definitely be returning
Linda
Be aware that this cottage is surrounded by caravans. Could do with sharing parking with the house attached to the property because if you have large car the space was tight .Cottage itself comfortable.
Susan
Would definitely recommend, it was clean , comfortable had everything we needed, the Bara Brith, marmalade and lemon curd left fir us to enjoy was a lovely touch please thank the owner
Christine

Ian
A very cosy cottage, 15 min walk to the beach, and a very quiet location. Good facilities in the cottage, good wi-fi and comfortable. Our first time to this part of the country, and would return to Barmouth and this cottage.
Alan
Lovely comfortable cottage in an excellent location. Kitchen kitted out very well. Lovely sun room with small patio ideal for our small dog. Would definitely revisit.
Virginia
Wonderful location , clean property , we came as a family of 5 with 7 month old baby paraphernalia â?¦ the property allowed enough space for a pram in the hallway when little one was asleep , and room for our own high chair near the kitchen , and bed rooms big enough for travel cot . Safe and secure garden area to front and back for our 2 dogs . Great restaurant with bar on site . Stunning beach walks . Wonderful family holiday without stress
Laurence
Lovely clean property on the edge of a static caravan park, don't let that put you off as it was very quiet, the location was great for us as it was a short drive to both Harlech and Barmouth where their is plenty of places to eat and drink, our week was very busy so booking would be advisable for food, great place and would stay again, and the underfloor haeting was great.
Christian
All in all we are satisfied. The rooms are well Equipped.
Raymond
Cottage very well equipped with all mod cons and very clean only downfall is bit to far to the beach for people with mobility issues like we both have.
Carol
Really relaxing week at the Farmhouse which was lovely to get back to after long walks on the beach with the dogs. We spent the evenings in the sun room reading, enjoying the view and watching the baby lambs scampering around the field over the lane. Also very nice welcome pack of local produce - weâ??re now Bara Brith addicts! Hope to be back again next spring!
George
Beautiful stay really impressed with the cottage good facilities good location beaches allow dogs train station close
