Bwthyn Y Fferm Farm Cottage Reviews

Matthew
Great cottage
Carolyn
The cottage overall was very nice and in a beautiful location with easy access to a stunning beach. Some items such as pegs, iron, ironing board and colander would have been useful. Great powerful shower! Response from holidaycottages.co.uk: Thank you for your review. We can confirm that we will discuss this with the owner.
Vicki
All good would highly recommend dogs loved the large garden walking distance to shops, beach, chippy, and restaurants we took our own sheets but did not need them the beds were made up when we got there we left the day before and we were concerned to leave property unlock so rang the owner asked where we should leave the key his words were leave it where you found it
David
Really peaceful location, cottage is ideal as a base to explore the local area, short walk to several takeaways and bistro/pubs, and the excellent dog friendly Tal y Bont beach. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped.
Caroline
Gorgeous cottage in a great location with 5 minute walk to beach, it is on edge of a caravan park but donâ??t let this put you off as it is very quiet and peaceful with lovely views from lounge and bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable, the shower is lovely. Very well equipped, the owner has thought of everything which makes it very homely. We had a fantastic week here and would highly recommend. Our dogs loved the enclosed gardens, the only thing there is a small gap under the entrance gate which probably wouldnâ??t affect most dogs but our small dogs could get under it if they wanted to. When booking I didnâ??t realise the cottage was adjoining the Farm Cottage however there is a gate seperating the properties and it didnâ??t affect our stay in any way and would be ideal if family or friends were staying in adjoining property. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. Thank you.
Anita
Peaceful location and sea view.
Sarah
Very nice cottage in a quiet location 5 minutes walk to the beach.Lovely enclosed garden for dog.would definitely come back again.
Tracey
The cottage is in a brilliant location 5 minute walk to a beach that stretches for miles. There are 2 caravan parks near the cottage but these are privately owned. The cottage is very peaceful and surrounded by lots of lovely walks a short distance away. There's a low stone plant border in front of the front wall. We found this to be an easy step over the wall if your dog is that way inclined, we would have appreciated knowing about this in advance as Iâ??m sure other dog owners would to .
Rebecca
This was a perfect sized cottage. Everything was as advertised. The location to the beach was excellent and to travel from to other local attractions. It was so quiet and relaxing with a beautiful view. The shower was perfect too. The garden is secure. The welcome gifts were a lovely treat and made for nice afternoon teas. Definitely recommend.
Peter
Cottage is in an ideal location and has great views, can't wait to go back.
Joanne

This is a lovely cottage and the view is great. Having the caravan park with a fish and chips and also a restaurant near was good.
Sue
We loved it and hope to go back next year
Malcolm
A lovely cottage in a perfect location. Our dog loved the secure garden.
Susan
Nice setting and a nice cottage in a quiet area. There are plenty of walks and the sea is close. Barmouth is a car drive away and is a lovely town and the train at Talybont was a great way to explore and is dog friendly.
Kay
Excellent location, short walk to beach and train station at Talybont. Loads to do in the surrounding area.
David
Weâ??ve had a fantastic week in the cottage and would definitely go back. The cottage is in a stunning location with great views of the sea (which is only 5 minute walk) and hills. Itâ??s so peaceful with a lovely enclosed garden which is safe for a dog. Barmouth is only a 10 minute drive and thereâ??s a well stocked Spar and Onestop in Talybont which is a 5 minute drive. Just down the road is a great restaurant (Nineteen 57) and takeaway. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for a great break away. The smart tv and WiFi are excellent (thumbs up from our 15 and 17 year olds).
Graham
Made welcome, would book again in a heart beat.
