This cottage is the best I have ever visited. It is full of the best equipment and has everything you could ever need. The owner is extremely dedicated to ensure your every comfort. I know this because I have been staying at the cottage with my family members for over 30 years - I wonâ??t consider anywhere else as to me it is a perfect holiday getaway! If you like fantastic walks and a comfortable place to stay then this should have over 10 stars!! I fully recommend it!

This is a fabulous cottage. It is warm and cosy with a log burner in the middle of the living room. You can walk up Cader Idris right from your doorstep and there are many other lovely walks in the area.

Excellent location surrounded by wonderful views. Numerous walks either straight from cottage or a quick trip in car. Lovely little village with everything you need to make your stay memorable. You won't regret visiting this cottage. Everything clearly and concisely explained. Olwen was on hand if needed but this wasn't necessary. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cottage for everything you'd want re tranquility, a relaxing holiday and getting back to nature....A gem....

Outstanding location, very remote and amazing views. This cottage was fantastic and a great location for mountains, Mawddach , Barmouth and town. Beautiful log fire and very spacious bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped. We had a fantastic time here. Mrs Evans was an outstanding host and spent time with us on arrival and went through everything, even marking out maps for the boys to climb mountains. Could not fault this cottage ... outstanding. We will definitely be back to the peace and tranquil of Beudy Uchaf. Thank you for a great week.
