Ty Ni Reviews

Alison
Had a fantastic week at Ty Ni, lovely size bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptional although no walk in shower as stated, just a bath in one of the upstairs en suites. Lovely little welcome pack on arrival, very clean and well equipped kitchen. Garden is not totally dog proof as one my dogs got out the front from the raised bed at the back, could do with fencing that bit in. The twin beds could do with tightening as they were a bit wobbly but overall would definitely recommend this property and would love to return.
Our 4 stay, position of the house is brilliant, has everything you need. The only thing I can fault is a couple of the mattresses could do with replacing
My rating would 3. 5 if allowed. Cottage offers great accommodation, particularly for groups of adults due to number of ensuites etc. It is in a fabulous location with a stunning beach in reasonable walking distance. We had a few maintenancecleaning issues which we have reported separately and without those would easily have scored it higher.

Firstly we all had a lovely time, having stayed in lots of holidays homes this one is good, couple of things update your photos as lots of flooring and decs have changed, kitchen tap is leaking annoyingly, there was no toilet rolls in the bathrooms upstairs and I did book for 8 people! Lastly someone claiming to be your neighbour knocked asking if we had a parcel, somehow he ended up in the kitchen with my dog scared and frantic, did he need to come in!
Beautiful spacious home in a great location in the village, everything we needed in the property and more, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great shower, enclosed garden for the dogs, beautiful Christmas tree in the lounge, lots of walks from the doorstep, 20 min walk to the beach, would highly recommend.
Fantastic cottage, very well equipped. Very clean. Comfy beds. Only negative the hoover didnt work.
Judith
Lovely accommodation, spacious, clean and well equipped. Ideal location to do the Coastal Path walk.
Pauline
Beautiful home, clean and has all you need for comfort. Great location for seeing the surrounding area.
A beautiful clean, well equipped holiday home perfectly located to visit many attractions around the area. It is a great size and worked superbly for our multigenerational family . Parking is ample and we easily fitted our 3 large cars on the drive with space to move them around . The back garden is secure for both small children and dogs . Lots of walks on your doorstep. There were shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. The beach was a 20 minute scenic walk or 5 minute drive . The beach is spectacular and huge with only a scattering of people each time we visited. A thoroughly enjoyable stay . Would highly recommend
Beautiful property. Walking distance to the beach, long walk but a nice one. The property is well equipped and the decor is prefect!
Had a fantastic holiday. House is lovely, clean and well equipped with lots of room. Very quiet but good location to get to plenty of other places in North Wales. Would highly recommend.

This is a great cottage spacious, well designed, comfortable, good circulating and entertainment space in the kitchen and main room. Well stocked kitchen it lacked nothing. Good size bedrooms and a bathroom each is a treat. It was also good to have a driveway that comfortably took 3 cars. Terri
This is a beautiful, modern house. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. It has a lovely suntrap of a garden we sat out in after days exploring and walking the beautiful beaches hills and coastal paths.
Stuart
Lovely home, i know the area really well as i have family who use to live in Dyffryn. The sofas could do with updating as they weren't comfy to sit on but other than that we had a fantastic stay.
