Mynydd ar Mor Reviews

A fantastic week in a fantastic property! Ten people in our party ranging from age 5 to 96 and all had a great time and the house worked perfectly for all of us. Contacted owner with a request while we were there, they responded immediately and sorted us out. We felt like we were abroad sat outside on the patio with the weather and the views. Loved it!!!
Nice big house with lovely views and large garden which must be a joy on a sunny summers day. Plenty of space for everyone and kitchen is well equipped for most needs. The drive up from the main road is quite steep and narrow but theres ample parking once you reach the house. Our only quibble was with the heating and hot water. The owner had them set to come on and off at set times. These times didnt suit our needs. Would have preferred a simple system onoff system we controlled. Had to contact the owner twice to get it sorted. The location is great for Barmouth and Harlech etc and there are loads of good places to eat nearby i.e. Dylans, Barmouth Grill, Wendys Cafe, Good Luck Chinese.
The house was amazing and the view out over the see was really good, I have asked all of my family and they agree that that there was nothing more that we could have wanted. Plenty of space to spend time together and also have space to ourselves. Would definitely recommend this booking to anyone. Colin
Absolutely had a brilliant time with all of 9 of my family. Excellent accommodation which I have already recommended to other friends. Will definitely be back. Thank you very much for showing us around and for the welcome pack. Kind regards, Paul & Jo.
Fantastic in every respect. We were a party of 9 and every member of the group were highly impressed with the accommodation, the setting and the very warm welcome. We had 4 full days in the area and every minute was superb plenty to do and when exhausted relaxing on the terrace or in the sitting room , from which the panoramic view of the bay was very therapeutic. Highly recommeded.

Even better than expected. Beautiful location, fabulous views. Terrace, gardens, rooms all excellent. Beds, living rooms, kitchen, conservatories all very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lots of bathrooms, fitted to a very high standard. Very close to beach and just up the road from Barmouth. A real gem.
Great stay, very clean and tidy, great space and good access to local amenities, had a few minor issues that were resolved straight away and that was great, hosts greeted us on arrival. Look forward to returning in the future. Thank you
The accommodation was fantastic the photographs do not do it justice. It had everything we needed and more. All 14 of us agreed we could not have had a better time. The fact we were so close to the beach was a real bonus. The owners were close by if we had a any questions which made things very easy.
The house was fantastic for our family group, very well equipped and plenty of space for all. Would be really good if there was a barbecue available.

Have just spent a lovely week in Barmouth despite very mixed weather house great for us, our 3 sons, their partners and 6 grandchildren, well appointed but comfortable and homely. The garden is beautiful and a godsend for the children to unleash their never ending energy! A three mile round trip to walk into Barmouth itself which even the youngest 3yrs managed without complaint. Once there plenty to keep them occupied, Porthmadog, Portmerion and Harlech within easy reach Would certainly book again should we revisit Barmouth thank you Mand and Colin for your warm welcome and the use of your house!
