Gwylanod Reviews

This is the fourth property we have booked for our annual family get together 12 of us in total and it has been the best one yet. The accommodation was spacious and the games room and ground floor lounge were great for keeping us all together. The facilities were as described, and the property was very well equipped. We were blessed with great weather and made use of the outdoor spaces and the nearby beach. We even saw dolphins! It was also a great location to explore both north, be it Harlech, Portmeirion and South to Tywyn. We had a couple of minor plumbing issues, but they were quickly resolved. Being a rural area, the internet WiFi was a bit hit and miss but that didnt spoil the delightful area we were in. I would definitely recommend it for a group holiday venue.

This property was beautiful , exactly like the photos and in the most perfect location. The instructions for check in and finding the property were clear and it was lovely and clean for arrival. The only thing I could think would have made it better is just having things like toilet roll, dishwasher tablets , bin bags ,coffee pods for the machine and detergent available to make good use of the amenities. Also the pipes in lower ground toilet are incredibly loud if youre using the shower or flushing it which was a little disruptive during the night. The views from the king bedrooms and living room were unbelievable and I will miss waking up to that in a morning. It was a lovely and peaceful stay and sitting on the balcony outside the living room watching the sunset was one of the highlights !
Idyllic location with a sea view at the bottom of the garden and an added bonus of a railway line as well. As a family we enjoyed the games room, especially the pool table and table tennis. Great location for exploring the surrounding countryside. Beach was accessable from the house, a short walk away. It would have been helpful to have information on bin collections as general waste hadn't been collected from previous week. We did contact the owners and left our black bin bags in utility room. Overall a great holiday.
Absolutely beautiful house, we were a group of 11 including children and this house was great the games room was a godsend. Views from the master bedroom and listening to the sea on a morning was just relaxing and calming. Everything you needed in a home to make the stay stress free. We have stayed in a few around the country and this is up there with our best ones. Only downside is you want to call it a downside is there isnt many places to actually walk to other than the beach straight from the house, but a short drive and you have plenty going on. We walked to the beach a bit steep for the less active but beautiful once you get there, can walk the longer way round just not a footpath for a small portion but a lovey walk. We will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend a visit. We had Tesco do a home delivery of shipping also which was great .

What can i say just perfect for a week away with family , it just has everthing you need. The view is just amazing and so is the games room.

We had a fantastic holiday at this house, with the beautiful views over the sea. Would highly recommend. The property owner went above and beyond when needing to contact them. We were a party of 10 and felt there was plenty of need. If anyone is looking for a gorgeous relaxing spot this is the place
Great location, beautiful house with lots of space and activities. Even though we were overlooking the Irish Sea at New Year, the house was warm and cosy for the whole of our stay. Easy to fit our party's 3 cars in the parking area. Overall a great place to stay. If I have to really nitpick, an EV charger would be a good addition as they aren't particularly common in that part of Wales.

What a wonderful property, we had the most Lovely and amazing time at Gwylanod. The Views outside are fantastic, with a choice of sitting areas! Early mornings were spectacular with a sunrise we could never tire of from the gorgeous airy bedroom with comfortable bed and linens. Had chance to view the tractor drivies on the weekend before Christmas. We will most definitely try to be back sometime! Thank you!
