Lovely cottagr Good position in Barmouth Parking permit was a bonus. The cottage is comfortable and generally well equipped.
Amanda
I was in contact with the owners before our stay, Joel was very helpful and really friendly. As for the cottage itself, I couldn't say a bad word about it, gorgeous little fisherman's cottage
Rohini
Nice and clean cottage . Very modern yet classy .i will definitely recommend booking it . We had everything needed for a short stay . Shops, beach and food places are just on a small distance .
Isabella
We had such a lovely stay at this cosy fishermans cottage in Wales. The place was spotless, full of charm, and in a fantastic location perfect for exploring the area. The hosts provided really helpful information and great local recommendations, and communication throughout our stay was excellent. It was the perfect home away from home for our family wed definitely love to return!
Richard
Well priced cottage in good location. The beds are small though and difficult to fit in for 6ft 1in man. Would be much better if double bed was a queen or king.
The only problem i had, was recycling, which did not exist as recycling bins were locked and no glass recycling so bought it back home with me. So car packed but hay ho.
Excellent location only 10 min walk from the beach, town centre and railway station. Well equipped for size of property. We had a really lovely stay and it was quiet considering it was so close to the rather busy main road. The road it is on is very narrow so we initially parked on a nearby pay and display 2 mins walk away. There is no outside space at all and the third bedroom is tiny. The other bedrooms were fine with lots of cupboard space. We have two teenagers and it was plenty big enough for ua for a week. Lots of games provided and the kitchen has everything you need. I would recommend for anyone travelling by train andor wanting to be close to the Beach and amenities.
Lovely clean property with everything we needed on a very quite street. Ideal for us as a family with a Toddler & Grandad in tow.
Lovely cottage in a perfect location. Happy to recommend to anyone who wants to have a stay in Barmouth.
Catherine
The cottage was as described, quiet and well provisioned. It was very handy for the town, beach and bridge. Having a parking permit included for the car park was really useful.
Lesley
The property was in a good central location. .... for the beach, shops and lovely bars and restaurants. The cute cottage has a beautifully appointed and well equipped kitchen. The helpful owner was available if we needed him. We had a wonderful stay .
Lovely stay. Charming, comfortable cottage just minutes from shops and restaurants. We had a small issue with the hot water and the owner was immediately responsive and had it sorted within hours.
Definitely one of the nicest cottages we have stayed in, very clean and in a great position
Kimberley
We had a wonderful 4 nights stay here. The cottage is right in Barmouth town centre and close to everything Barmouth has to offer. The parking permit is great and we parked on the main car park next to the RNLI building for the duration of our stay. The cottage has everything in it that you could possibly need. The teacoffee making tray was a lovely addition for that first brew upon arriving. It was warm, clean, comfortable and peaceful. We found some fantastic walks up the little lane behind the cottage a steep walk but worth it for the views. We had great communication with the owner before, during and after our stay. The welcome pack emailed to us prior to our visit was very thorough and helpful. This is definitely a cottage we'd return to.
Michael
Every thing was exactly as advertised. Personally we would have preferred a King Sized double bed with a firmer mattress. But we still had a great stay.
Had a lovely stay at DeuDdrws. It was cosy, clean and comfortable. We stayed for a week and settled in and could have stayed longer. The cottage was well equipped, and being in the centre of Barmouth meant easy access to the restaurants, beach and shops. Would recommend.
Claire
A really charming converted fisherman's cottage in which much of the character remains while it has been converted to provide modern standards of comfort. Barmouth is a sweet little town perfect for a beach holiday for the kids but with so many activities in the area for adults as well . This part of Snowdonia is very beautiful and the cottage is only a few steps from the seaside amenities and the mountain paths.
Its a lovely cottage. The beds are comfortable as are the sofas in the lounge area. Its situated on a quiet, peaceful street but is only a few metres from the Main Street where theres shops, cafes, pubs etc.
DeuDdrws is situated in a very convenient location close to the middle of Barmouth but is very quiet like it is outside the town. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and lots of cupboard space in the bedrooms to put your stuff. Internet TV in living and bedroom was great. Overall it was a very good experience and available at a good price.
Lovely, cosy and clean property, with great facilities. Perfect location in the centre of town. Really clear instructions for arrival and great communication.
Lovely 3 night stay in this charming town centre cottage. Beautiful walks from behind the cottage with incredible views.
Sophie
Deu Ddrws is a gorgeous cottage in a brilliant location. We had a lovely few days there. Its clean, comfortable and right in the heart of Barmouth. Would definitely recommend.
Joanna
A short walk from rail station , very easy to find. I chose the property for it's heritage and traditionally built features like slate flooring downstairs. Was not disappointed it felt like a direct link to an old way of life in the fishermens' cottage. Such friendly welcome by local people and a real community of people very proud to be 50 Welsh. The short walk to the beach, which is better than any European beach I have seen, beautiful clear sea. Felt at home and didn't want to leave. My kids asked if we could come back to the same cottage again. The beauty of the area is unprecedented enclosed by hills and mountains. Outdoor life is a really big thing at Barmouth with water sports, walking, cycling, eating out etc.
Had a brilliant weekend away, fab cottage, beds really comfy and very quiet at night, even though its right in town. Cottage has everything you need, it's very clean, and comfortable
